Shipping
How long does it take to arrive? +
Between 2 and 5 business days (Standard) or 1 to 4 business days (Express).
What is the cost? +
You will see it clearly detailed before confirming your payment.
Can I track my order ?
Yes. Access the "Order Tracking" tab with your purchase ID and email. There you will also see which shipping company is handling your item.
What happens if I'm not home ?
The carrier will make a second attempt. If that's not possible, they'll leave a notification for you to pick it up at the nearest location within 15 days.
Exchanges and Returns
How do I make an exchange or return? +
Write to us at compras@hangoveroffashion.com. We'll take care of everything.
Does it cost anything? +
If the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we cover the return shipping. (For shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula, the original shipping costs are non-refundable).
What is the deadline?
You have 14 calendar days from delivery.
Any problems with my return? +
